I am Assistant Professor in the field of Library & Information Science,Open Access Promoter and OER researcher.I have hosted opencon 2017 and 2018 for promoting openness in research and education in our campus.I am working at University of Kashmir.

Openness is a feeling about liberty that promises unparalleled exploration,adaptation,utilization and dissemination for the larger good.<\/p>\n

3) What gives you hope these days?<\/h2>\n

The care, pain and selflessness of people across communities during these difficult times gives a hope for better times ahead.<\/p>\n

4) Who are you learning from lately?<\/h2>\n

Friends and\u00a0 global OER community .<\/p>\n

5) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?<\/h2>\n

We must care about better education,\u00a0 scientific research and world class global heath infrastructure supported through OERs.<\/p>\n
