In addition to my role as program manager of the\u00a0International Business (180 ECTS) program<\/a>, I lead the externally funded\u00a0WISR16<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0WISR17<\/a>\u00a0course development projects. The purpose of the projects is to develop open online graduate courses for professionals in the private and public sector based on strategically important research centres at Karlstad University such as CTF or\u00a0Computer Science<\/a>.<\/p>\n In my role as manager, I try to implement as many Service Management practices as possible. I also try to create a lot of\u00a0psychological safety<\/a>\u00a0in my team and am grateful for the help I get from\u00a0Performance by design<\/a>.<\/p>\n Open education is very important to me and I regularly attend and present at international conferences such as\u00a0OEGlobal<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0OER<\/a>. I am also one of the few educators in Sweden who\u00a0earned a Creative Commons Certificate<\/a>.
