1) Who are you?
I am a lecturer in entrepreneurship at Edinburgh Napier University. My current work centres around the crafting of storytelling in the curriculum to develop entrepreneurial leadership.
2) What is your vibe? Share it in a meme or quote…
‘Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning’. (Einstein)
3) What gives you hope these days?
When I observe what young people can achieve, and do already contribute to a wider society, their vision and agenda will inform how we go forward.
(Of course, for now they have to stay home! and create)
4) Who are you learning from lately?
Simon Sinek (simonsinek.com) introduces the role of ‘purpose’ in a manner that is accessible to all and encourages us to engage.
5) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?
We should be caring about increasing our self-awareness so that we can work collaboratively within our multiple communities.
6) What do you hope to take away from OER20?
An enhanced awareness of ‘openness’ in all its format and meaning, oh and new networks!
