1) Who are you?
I am currently the Head of the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Karlstad University, Sweden, where I am also Assistant Professor in Business Administration and researcher at CTF, Service Research Center.
In addition to my role as program manager of the International Business (180 ECTS) program, I lead the externally funded WISR16 and WISR17 course development projects. The purpose of the projects is to develop open online graduate courses for professionals in the private and public sector based on strategically important research centres at Karlstad University such as CTF or Computer Science.
In my role as manager, I try to implement as many Service Management practices as possible. I also try to create a lot of psychological safety in my team and am grateful for the help I get from Performance by design.
Open education is very important to me and I regularly attend and present at international conferences such as OEGlobal or OER. I am also one of the few educators in Sweden who earned a Creative Commons Certificate. Sharing is caring!
