Sponsorship

We have several options available for your organisation to support the OER20 conference and benefit from the associated exposure and alignment with this fantastic event. Strategic Sponsorship (ALT Members: £1300, Non-Members: £1625)

Strategic Sponsorship packages, are limited to 3 exclusive places. The package includes:

  • Two-minute elevator pitch in plenary
  • One page full colour print in the conference guide
  • Showreel broadcast prior to each online session (maximum video length 30 seconds)
  • A feature blog post on the #oer20 blog before or after the conference
  • Prominent identification as a sponsor or partner in the run-up to and throughout the conference on the conference platform including
    • 100 word description
    • Company logo
  • Access to participant list and conference platform
  • Full conference registration for two delegates

 

Conference Sponsor (ALT Members: £750, Non-Members: £950)

We offer a maximum of 5 Conference Sponsor  packages, which include:

  • One page full colour print in the conference guide
  • Prominent identification as a sponsor or partner in the run-up to and throughout the conference on the conference platform including
    • 100 word description
    • Company logo logo
  • Access to participant list and conference platform
  • Full conference registration for one delegate

 

Sponsor an OER Scholarship: £300

We welcome any individual or organisation to make a pledge to support a member of the community to attend the OER Conference who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend.   • Listing as a supporter of the OER Scholarship Fund on the conference website and in the OER20 conference guide.
  • A note of thanks during the conference welcome speech
