I am a Christian, Vocational training policy maker in Zambia specialised in promotion of vocational training, entrepreneurship and educational technology. I am currently working on developing a repository of OERs for Entrepreneurship Training.

That citizens globally are willing to connect with people from other cultures and learn from them.

Many. Dick Ng’ambi, Tony Bates, Tanya Golash-Boza and Craig Elias.
5) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?
That people from different divides across countries, regions and continents have access to rich OERs for various learning areas.
