I am Assistant Professor in the field of Library & Information Science,Open Access Promoter and OER researcher.I have hosted opencon 2017 and 2018 for promoting openness in research and education in our campus.I am working at University of Kashmir.

Openness is a feeling about liberty that promises unparalleled exploration,adaptation,utilization and dissemination for the larger good.

The care, pain and selflessness of people across communities during these difficult times gives a hope for better times ahead.

Friends and global OER community .
5) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?
We must care about better education, scientific research and world class global heath infrastructure supported through OERs.
6) What do you hope to take away from OER20?
Motivation and experience, Meeting with broader OER community.
