1) Who are you?

I am Wikipedian & Education Specialist at Wikimedia Poland. Graduated in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Warsaw. I worked at the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw (on a educational projects). For over 8 years I worked as a museum worker & GLAM-wiki coordinator developing #EtnoWiki idea. I`am currently implementing a new edu-wiki strategy in our organization, which will include an original pilot project for schools throughout Poland. I also coordinate the Wikipedia part of the educational project with the National Heritage Institute of Poland.

2) What is your vibe? Share it in a meme or quote…

“I’m never sure. I don’t like being sure about things. One minute you’re sure, the next, everyone tuns into lizards and a piano falls on your head.” [The Doctor, The Husband of River Song = Twelth Doctor]

3) What gives you hope these days?

Meetings like that! I had to cancel or postponed so many events, meetings, travel plans and being at this conference I feel like everything is OK, hearing from all of you: healthy and working as usual.

4) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?

How to make online education, open resources etc. not to be a burden and overloaded truck which we kindly push towards teachers, students and ourselves.  How to balance relation between virtual and real in case of educational environment. How to be peacemakers in the face of fake news, digital chaos and feeling of over-educated.

6) What do you hope to take away from OER20?

I hope to widen my social edu-network and get to know what are the projects of yours. As I have just started my program for teachers, I am looking forward to listening about successful projects elsewhere.
