My name is Velappan Velappan, working as a Head of Access Services. My responsibilities are serving as an Administrator, conducting Research and teaching at Fayetteville State University for the last 12 years and also serving as a Chair for Open Educational Resouces (OER) committee.

I never stopped learning.
4) Who are you learning from lately?
I’m learning from all Educators and Researchers.
5) In your opinion, what should we all be caring about? Why?
We always should care about students’ learning, because education is the only way to improve the country’s economical growth.
6) What do you hope to take away from OER20?
I would like to learn, How can I educate and convince students and faculty members to use Open Educational Resources.
